ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY DIGITAL DOSSIER
Photography is the ultimate tool for documenting the essence of a project. Through technical and artistic analysis, the aim is to translate the complex three-dimensional space into an image that faithfully captures its purpose, materiality, and soul.
Below are details of the visual style, rates, and logistical considerations that define my methodology. A comprehensive proposal designed to ensure that the final documentation is a true reflection of the architectural value of the work.
Visual Style and Narrative
Pure geometry. Respect for the design's original lines and vanishing points.
Texture and material. Detailed recording of the building's skin and its qualities.
Interior spaces. Focus on the harmony of furniture and styling.
Verticality and volume. Attention to the magnitude and real scale of each design.
Night architecture. Balance between artificial lighting and the atmosphere.
Light and atmosphere. Capturing the space with natural light at its best time of day.
Human presence. Scale and life to transform the space into a livable one.
Surroundings. Dialogue between the project and its external context.

SELECTION
Once the scene is set, the rate per additional unit is reduced to 15€ to facilitate comprehensive documentation of the project. For example: 25 photos → 10 base photos (250€) + 15 extra photos (225€) = 475€ total.
DURATION
The initial assignment includes up to 3 hours of production. Each full block of 10 additional photographs extends the shoot day by 1 hour. For projects requiring an increase in production time, the cost will be 50€/h.
LICENSE
The client receives an individual, non-transferable License of Use for the photographs. Third-party companies wishing to use the photos must purchase an additional License.

Shared Use of Licenses
A) PRE-SESSION COLLABORATIVE LICENSE
The photoshoot has a base price contracted by the client. If other companies involved in the project also want to use the photos, a 25% surcharge of the base price is added for each additional company.
The total cost (base price + surcharges) is split equally among all companies using the images, so that everyone pays the same amount.
B) POST-PRODUCTION TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
When a company requests to use the photographs once the photoshoot has been completed and delivered, the license of use costs the equivalent of the original photoshoot price.
This is because the images are already produced, edited, and ready for commercial use, making their value the same as that of a photoshoot made from scratch.
